COMERCIAL CAMPAIGN RULES – CHRISTMAS 2017
1. Promoter Company
FORUM ALGARVE – MANAGEMENT OF COMMERCIAL CENTERS, UNIPESSOAL SOCIETY LDA., Single legal entity number and registration number 505 025 396, with headquarters at Avenida Cáceres Monteiro, nº10 – 4º, Arquiparque II – Miraflores, 1495-192 Algés, will carry out between November 24th, 2017 and January 7th, 2018, a Christmas Promotional Campaign entitled “Black Friday – Per each 50€ receive 5€ back”, which will obey the terms and conditions described below:
2.1. This Campaign is intended for customers of Forum Algarve Shopping Center, aged 18 or over, which make purchases, between 24th and 26th November 2017, with a total value between 50€ (fifty euros) and 5.000€ (five thousand euros), in the stores located at Forum Algarve Shopping Center, except for: Jumbo Hypermarket, Temporary Rental Spaces, Gift Cards, lucky/bad lucky games and mobile phone charges in shops who provide this service mentioned above.
2.2. The participation in the campaign will not be allowed for administrators or employees, employees or collaborators of the society that promotes the campaign; as well as the participation of the store employees of the above-mentioned Shopping Center will not be admitted.
3. Duration of the Campaign
The Campaign is defined in two distinct moments:
– The moment of allocation of the vouchers of 5€ (five euros) for each 50€ (fifty euros) of invoices presented proving the realization of purchases during the weekend “Black Friday”: from November 24th to 26th, 2017 inclusive.
– The moment to use the vouchers of 5€: from November 27th, 2017 to January 7th, 2018.
The invoices to be considered for the purposes of the campaign shall relate to purchases made between 10:00 a.m. of November 24th and 10:59 p.m. of November 26th, 2017.
4. Conditions of Participation
The conditions for participation in this campaign are, cumulatively:
4.1. This Campaign is aimed for the clients of Forum Algarve Shopping Center, with an age equal to or superior than eighteen years old.
4.2. Customers must make purchases of 50€ or more (cumulative or not) in the store located at Forum Algarve Shopping Center – except the stores and services indicated in point 1.1. of this document. The invoices are cumulative since their sum makes a value between 50€ (fifty euros) and 5.000€ (five thousand euros) and if complying the other norms expressed in this document.
4.3. Only invoices with date between November 24th and 26th 2017 will be accepted for the purposes of participation in the campaign. All invoices submitted must have been issued within the time indicated in item 3 of this document.
4.4. In the case of customers who participated in the Campaign and after intend to return the purchased product, within the time allowed by the respective store, against the receipt of the money actually paid, they must contact Forum Algarve Information Desk, in order to deliver the respective vouchers (which have been assigned to the customer), and Forum Algarve will stamp the invoice(s) used to obtain the voucher(s) with “Voided”; Subsequently the customer can go to the store to request the return of the money. The implementation of this procedure will always depend on the respect of the return policy of the respective store.
5. Exclusion Conditions
They are grounds for exclusion of the campaign:
5.1. Age less than eighteen years.
5.2. The purchase invoice is earlier than 10:00am of November 24th 2017 and later than 10:59pm of November 26th 2017.
5.3. The invoice was not registered by the employees at the specific service desk of the Campaign until 11:59pm of December 3rd 2017.
5.4. Failure to submit the original invoice.
5.5. The sum of the purchases invoices held during the “Black Friday” weekend (November 24th to 26th) for receives the voucher of 5€ be less than 50€ (fifty euros).
6. Registration of Invoices
6.1. In the moment of invoices register, client may have to prove his identity by presenting his citizen card or identity card.
6.2. The invoices register must be made at the campaign specific desk.
6.3. The invoices validation and register will be only possible from 10:00:00 am of November 24th to 10:59:59 pm on November 26th, 2017, and from 10:00:00 am on December 1st at 11:59:59 pm on December 3rd of 2017. From that time on, any invoices for registration in this Campaign will no longer be accepted. The invoices presented will be registered, stamped and signed by the employees at the campaign specific desk, to be unused for the purposes of this Campaign.
6.4. Only the invoices dated from November 24th to 26th 2017 will be accepted for the purposes of participating in this Campaign, even those that will be presented between December 1st and 03rd, 2017.
6.5. Only original invoices will be accepted – payment proofs by credit or debit card, duplicates, photocopies, ordering notes, checkbooks and return invoices will not be accepted.
6.6. If original invoices are presented referring to purchases that benefit from discounts or that result from campaigns for accumulating points or checks / gift cards from stores, the value to be considered will be the amount paid by the customer.
6.7. Invoices must include, legibly, the invoice number, the date and time of the purchase(s), the Shopping Center, the value and the store where the purchase(s) were made.
6.8. The invoices may only be used once for the purposes of this Campaign.
6.9. Each customer, participating in the campaign, is giving express and unreserved consent for the campaign promoter to save the invoice’s data for the sole purpose of this campaign.
6.10. The received data will be kept in a safe place, with confidential and restricted access.
6.11. These data will not be transferable to third parties, except to the stores for the purposes of correct values between Store and Promoter and the attribution of the respective discounts.
6.12. The stores are prohibited to using the invoice data for any promotional purpose.
7.1. The exchange of invoices for vouchers of 5€ implies a minimum purchase amount (cumulative or not) of 50€ (fifty euros), and a maximum amount of 5.000€ (five thousand euros).
7.2. Per each 50€ (fifty euros) of purchases the customer receives a voucher in the value of 5€ (five euros). Example 1: If the customer delivers invoices that prevail a total value of 100€ will receive two vouchers of 5€ (five euros) each. Example 2: If the customer delivers invoices that prevail a total value of 70€ (seventy euros) will receive one voucher of 5€ (five euros).
7.3. The customer can exchange the purchases invoices held during the Black Friday weekend for the voucher of 5€ during the same weekend (November 24th-26th), and the following weekend (December 1st-3rd).
7.4. The vouchers of 5€ are delivered to the customer in the moment of the presentation of the purchase invoices held in the period indicated above, but only if fulfills all requirements described in this document.
7.5. For the attribution of the vouchers of 5€, will be accepted purchase invoices of any store of Forum Algarve, except for the stores and services indicated in section 1.1. of this document.
7.6. The vouchers of 5€ are to be used in purchases at the stores of Forum Algarve indicated in the item 8.1. of this document, from November 27th 2017 to January 7th 2018.
7.7. When using the voucher of 5€ the customer is automatically allowing that the second way of the invoice, relating to the purchase, being delivered to Forum Algarve management entity as a way of proving the use of the voucher in the store.
7.8. The vouchers of 5€ are cumulative.
7.9. The vouchers of 5€ are not convertible into cash.
7.10. If the customer does not use the voucher until January 7th 2018, it is expired and will no longer be accepted.
7.11. The allocation of the vouchers ends as soon as the maximum limit available for the campaign (150.000€) is reached, even this will occur before the maximum limit for exchanging the invoices by the vouchers (December 03rd 2017, 11:59:59 pm).

9. Final Provisions
9.1. Any fraudulent activity or failure to comply with the rules of this Campaign may result in the exclusion of the participant. So, participations in which the data provided are doubtful and / or considered false, or which in any way attempt to vitiate the rules of this document, shall not be considered valid.
9.2. Participation in this contest is prohibited for purposes contrary to the Law, which may harm others, or in any way harm their honor, dignity, image, intimacy, religious beliefs, ideologies or any other legally recognized right.
9.3. The company promoting of this Campaign declines any responsibility for non-gross errors in the transmission of information regarding the Campaign.
9.4. Any doubts about the interpretation and application of the document should be clarified, analyzed and decided by the society promoting of this Campaign.
9.5. Any complaint or clarification of doubts should be clarified with the management of the Forum Algarve Shopping Center.
9.6. The terms and conditions of this Campaign are subject to Portuguese law. Any disputes or conflicts concerning the interpretation, validity or fulfillment of these document shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Lisbon court.
10. Participation also implies full acceptance:
10.1. The participation in the Campaign implies the knowledge and automatic acceptance of the terms and conditions presented in this document.
10.2. Of all the decisions of the organization that are necessary to take in order to investigate the model of the Campaign.
11. Campaign Promotion
The promotion of this campaign will be carried out inside and outside of Forum Algarve Shopping Center, and the promoter will be required to clearly state all the conditions related to it, in accordance with the legislation in force.
12. Regulation Changes
All points of this regulation may be changed at any time by the promoter company, without prior notice, but the changes are duly publicized.
13. Campaign Cancellation
FORUM ALGARVE – MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS CENTERS, SOCIEDADE UNIPESSOAL LDA., reserves the right at any time to cancel this Campaign.
14. Promoter Company Responsibilities
14.1. Modifications and / or annexes: The Promoter reserves the right to make changes or add later annexes on the operation of the Campaign, whenever they are justified or do not harm the participants, and that they are duly communicated to them.
14.2. Under no circumstances may the Promoter be liable for lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, invalid, lost or corrupted records for reasons beyond its control. The promoter is also considered to be unaware of any event of majeure force (such as strikes), which may condition or affect the enjoyment and / or usufruct, in whole or in part, of any of the prizes awarded.
14.3. The Promoter declines all responsibility in case of any of the above cases.
14.4. In the case of the Campaign cannot be carried out, whether due to fraud detected in it, technical errors, or any other reason that goes beyond the control of the promoter company and that affects the normal course of the competition, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify and / or suspend it.
