On 16, 18 and 19 October, Forum Algarve will host a unique event combining sport, health and wellbeing. With indoor surfing lessons, healthy eating workshops, yoga, functional training and much more, this is the ideal event for anyone who wants to take care of their body and mind.<\/p>\n

In addition to these two great days, on 16 October at 10 a.m., we will have the pre-opening of the event, with a free film screening to raise awareness about caring for the oceans.<\/p>\n

Thursday, 16 October:<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

10 a.m. \u2013 1 p.m.<\/strong> \u2013 Film screening \u2013 Supported by SCIAENA;<\/p>\n

As part of the Surf & Fitness event, organised by Forum Algarve in partnership with CSF, Sciaena, a non-governmental marine conservation association, is presenting a free film screening, open to the general public, at the NOS Cinemas in Forum Algarve, showing the film OUTGROW THE SYSTEM \u2013 \u201cTransition to a Sustainable Economic System\u201d.<\/p>\n

After the film, there will be time for questions and answers with experts and co-promoters of the session from the Sciaena association.<\/p>\n

The poke bowl is a traditional Hawaiian dish that combines balanced, varied and colourful ingredients in a single bowl, bringing freshness and flavour to your day.<\/p>\n

In this workshop, led by nutritionist Tom\u00e1s Prud\u00eancio, you will have the opportunity to prepare, in a practical and relaxed way, a nutritious recipe that can help you perform your physical activities.<\/p>\n

At the same time, you can take the opportunity to ask questions about the recipes and about healthy eating combined with sports.<\/p>\n

Every day, the 4 best photos will be published on Clube de Surf Faro’s Instagram and the photo with the most votes will win a prize!<\/p>\n

Mechanical surfboard: <\/strong>Test your balance on our Mechanical Surfboard! The stopwatch will record your time, and the best times each morning and afternoon will receive prizes. Check the table with the times and try to beat the record!<\/p>\n

Mini Instructor: <\/strong>Show that you are an ace at indoor surfing<\/strong> by bringing your friends to give them a lesson<\/strong>! Invite between 3 and 5 people<\/strong> to try this sport and lead the session like a real instructor.
