Throughout the day, you can watch and participate in various activities, ranging from senior fitness, boxing, and sports demonstrations to disciplines such as onewheel, parkour, judo, Pilates, and dance, complemented by musical performances that will liven up the atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, several stations dedicated to promoting health and well-being will be available, offering content and experiences in the areas of mental and emotional health, nutrition, sexuality, and physical activity. Visitors will also be able to participate in workshops, explore interactive games, and engage in hands-on activities in a dynamic and accessible environment.<\/p>\n<p>To make the day even more special, there will also be fun activities for all ages, including a giant chess set and board games, perfect for spending time with family or friends.<\/p>\n<p>A day designed to take care of yourself, your health, your well-being, and the balance between body and mind.<\/p>\n<p>We look forward to seeing you!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":16021,"template":"","class_list":["post-16024","events","type-events","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.2 -
