\tREGULAMENTO CONCURSO <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\tFOUR OCEANS POWERED BY<\/em> FORUM ALGARVE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\t <\/p>\n

\tDESCRI\u00c7\u00c3O<\/strong><\/p>\n

\tDe 14 a 15 de Mar\u00e7o 2015, decorre na p\u00e1gina de Facebook Forum Algarve (https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ForumAlgarve) o concurso de fotografia “Four Oceans powered by Forum Algarve”. Ser\u00e1 eleito um vencedor que ir\u00e1 ganhar uma prancha de surf Pl\u00e2ncton, personalizada pelo Forum Algarve.<\/p>\n

\t <\/p>\n

\tPROCEDIMENTOS\/VENCEDORES<\/strong><\/p>\n

\t1.  Durante o per\u00edodo do passatempo, os participantes ter\u00e3o de tirar uma fotografia no decorrer do concurso (aos participantes, \u00e0s provas, etc), e carreg\u00e1-la no Instagram com a hashtag #fouroceansforumalgarve. A fotografia melhor e mais original fotografia ser\u00e1 a vencedora do concurso, sendo que todas as fotografias ser\u00e3o avaliadas por um jur\u00ed composto por membros do Forum Algarve.<\/p>\n

\t2. N\u00e3o existe n\u00famero limite de participa\u00e7\u00f5es, podendo cada participante concorrer com o n\u00famero de fotografias que desejar.<\/p>\n

\t3.         O vencedor do concurso ser\u00e1 divulgado na p\u00e1gina do Facebook do Forum Algarve at\u00e9 ao final do dia 16 de Mar\u00e7o, tendo o mesmo 48 horas para contactar o Forum Algarve via mensagem privada, tamb\u00e9m no Facebook (www.facebook.com\/ForumAlgarve). Posteriormente ser\u00e1 combinado com o vencedor a recolha do pr\u00e9mio.<\/p>\n

\t4. Caso o vencedor n\u00e3o reclame o pr\u00e9mio nos prazos estipulados, de acordo com o descrito no ponto anterior, o Forum Algarve reserva-se o direito de escolher um vencedor substituto, que ser\u00e1 contactado segundo os procedimentos acima descritos.<\/p>\n

\t5. Se o vencedor substituto n\u00e3o responder ao Forum Algarve dentro do prazo estipulado, n\u00e3o reclamar o pr\u00e9mio a que tem direito ou n\u00e3o estiver habilitado a reclamar o mesmo, o Forum Algarve se o direito de passar o pr\u00e9mio para outro participante, sendo o procedimento descrito aplicado novamente at\u00e9 ser encontrado um vencedor v\u00e1lido.<\/p>\n

\t6. As participa\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o respeitem integralmente os termos e condi\u00e7\u00f5es apresentados no presente regulamento ser\u00e3o desqualificadas.<\/p>\n

\t <\/p>\n

\tPR\u00c9MIO<\/strong><\/p>\n

\t1. Apenas ser\u00e1 apurado um vencedor.<\/p>\n

\t2. O vencedor ir\u00e1 receber uma Prancha de Surf Pl\u00e2ncton, personalizada pelo Forum Algarve.<\/p>\n

\t3. O pr\u00e9mio n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser substitu\u00eddo por pr\u00e9mio monet\u00e1rio como alternativo.<\/p>\n

\t <\/p>\n

\tOUTROS<\/strong><\/p>\n

\t1. A escolha do vencedor fica ao crit\u00e9rio exclusivo e unilateral do Forum Algarve, podendo o mesmo excluir participa\u00e7\u00f5es consideradas ofencivas ou injuriosas.<\/p>\n

\t2. \u00c9 proibida a participa\u00e7\u00e3o no passatempo para fins contr\u00e1rios \u00e0 Lei, que suponham um preju\u00edzo para terceiros ou de qualquer forma lesionem a sua honra, dignidade, intimidade, cren\u00e7as religiosas ou qualquer outro direito reconhecido legalmente.<\/p>\n

\t3. \u00c9 expressamente proibida a participa\u00e7\u00e3o no passatempo a colaboradores da administra\u00e7\u00e3o do Forum Algarve.<\/p>\n

\t4. Quaisquer d\u00favidas sobre a interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o do presente Regulamento e demais casos relativos ao passatempo dever\u00e3o ser colocados ao Forum Algarve para an\u00e1lise e decis\u00e3o, atrav\u00e9s de mensagem privada para a p\u00e1gina de Facebook Forum Algarve (www.facebook.com\/ForumAlgarve).<\/p>\n

\t5. O Forum Algarve reserva-se o direito de alterar unilateralmente e a qualquer momento, o presente Regulamento sem necessidade de aviso pr\u00e9vio.<\/p>\n

\t6. Os presentes termos e condi\u00e7\u00f5es regem-se pela Lei portuguesa.<\/p>\n

\t7. Este regulamento est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel online na p\u00e1gina oficial do Forum Algarve no Facebook (www.facebook.com\/ForumAlgarve).
