\tNos dias 12 e 13 de Mar\u00e7o o Clube de Surf de Faro volta a organizar o concurso de surf “Four Oceans powered by Forum Algarve”, que ir\u00e1 decorrer na Praia de Faro.<\/p>\n

\tEste campeonato deriva da parceria entre o Clube de Surf e o Forum Algarve e, como tal, o Forum Algarve vai levar a cabo um passatempo fotogr\u00e1fico que ir\u00e1 decorrer entre a p\u00e1gina de Facebook e de Instagram do Forum Algarve.<\/p>\n

\tPara participar \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio tirar uma fotografia no decorrer do campeonato e carreg\u00e1-la no Instagram com a hashtag #fouroceansforumalgarve. A fotografia mais original ganha uma prancha de surf Plancton personalizada pelo Forum Algarve!<\/p>\n

\tDe 12 a 13 de Mar\u00e7o de 2016, decorre na p\u00e1gina de Facebook Forum Algarve (www.facebook.com\/ForumAlgarve<\/a>) um concurso de fotografia no \u00e2mbito do campeonato de surf “Four Oceans powered by Forum Algarve”, promovido pelo Clube de Surf de Faro. Ser\u00e1 eleito um vencedor que ir\u00e1 ganhar uma prancha de surf Pl\u00e2ncton, personalizada pelo Forum Algarve, desde que observadas as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de participa\u00e7\u00e3o descriminadas no presente regulamento.<\/o_p><\/p>\n

\t <\/o_p><\/p>\n

\tPROCEDIMENTOS\/VENCEDORES<\/o_p><\/b><\/p>\n

\t1. Para participar ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio tirar uma ou mais fotografias no decorrer do campeonato de surf “Four Oceans powered by Forum Algarve”, e carreg\u00e1-la no Instagram com a hashtag #fouroceansforumalgarve. A fotografia mais original ser\u00e1 a vencedora do concurso, sendo que todas as fotografias ser\u00e3o avaliadas por um j\u00fari composto por membros do Forum Algarve e do Clube de Surf de Faro.<\/o_p><\/p>\n

\t <\/o_p><\/p>\n

\t2. A conta de Instagram dever\u00e1 estar acess\u00edvel para consulta, isto \u00e9, em modo “p\u00fablico” durante o per\u00edodo vigente do passatempo.<\/o_p><\/p>\n

\t <\/o_p><\/p>\n

\t3. O n\u00famero de participa\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 limitado a 10 fotografias por participante.<\/o_p><\/p>\n

\t <\/o_p><\/p>\n

\t4. O vencedor do concurso ser\u00e1 divulgado na p\u00e1gina do Facebook do Forum Algarve e na fotografia original carregada no Instagram, at\u00e9 ao final do dia 16 de Mar\u00e7o, tendo o mesmo 48 horas para contactar o Forum Algarve via mensagem privada, tamb\u00e9m no Facebook (www.facebook.com\/ForumAlgarve). Posteriormente ser\u00e1 combinado com o vencedor a recolha do pr\u00e9mio.<\/o_p><\/p>\n

\t <\/o_p><\/p>\n

\t5. Caso o vencedor n\u00e3o reclame o pr\u00e9mio nos prazos estipulados, de acordo com o descrito no ponto anterior, o Forum Algarve reserva-se o direito de escolher um vencedor substituto, que ser\u00e1 contactado segundo os procedimentos acima descritos.<\/o_p><\/p>\n

\t <\/o_p><\/p>\n

\t6. Se o vencedor substituto n\u00e3o responder ao Forum Algarve dentro do prazo estipulado, n\u00e3o reclamar o pr\u00e9mio a que tem direito ou n\u00e3o estiver habilitado a reclamar o mesmo, o Forum Algarve reserva-se o direito de passar o pr\u00e9mio para outro participante, sendo o procedimento descrito aplicado novamente at\u00e9 ser encontrado um vencedor v\u00e1lido.<\/o_p><\/p>\n

\t7. As participa\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o respeitem integralmente os termos e condi\u00e7\u00f5es apresentados no presente regulamento ser\u00e3o desqualificadas.<\/o_p><\/p>\n

\t3. O pr\u00e9mio n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser substitu\u00eddo por pr\u00e9mio monet\u00e1rio como alternativo.<\/o_p><\/p>\n

\t1. A escolha do vencedor fica ao crit\u00e9rio exclusivo e unilateral do Forum Algarve, podendo o mesmo excluir participa\u00e7\u00f5es consideradas ofensivas ou injuriosas.<\/o_p><\/p>\n

\t2. Este passatempo n\u00e3o \u00e9 patrocinado, financiado ou administrado, nem est\u00e1 associado ao Facebook.<\/o_p><\/p>\n

\t3. \u00c9 proibida a participa\u00e7\u00e3o no passatempo para fins contr\u00e1rios \u00e0 Lei, que suponham um preju\u00edzo para terceiros ou de qualquer forma lesionem a sua honra, dignidade, intimidade, cren\u00e7as religiosas ou qualquer outro direito reconhecido legalmente.<\/o_p><\/p>\n
