The Forum Family Garden is back at Forum Algarve!

From July 25th to September 08th, our trendiest summer garden is popping up again at central square.

 

Soak up the glorious sun and feel the gentle summer breezes in our outdoor lounges, perfect for a chill-out while the kids go wild with loads of fun activities:

• Rope course
• Pool ball
• “Jump” area with trampolines

 

But wait, there’s more! On August 16th and 17th you could participate on astronomical moon observations, which will be happen at the main entrance of the shopping center.

The whole event is running on zero energy with all the fun gear powered by the sun and not a bit of electric.

To use the amusement equipment, you need to show your event wristband, which you can buy at our info desk for €4. Or, if you present us an invoice (the original, printed one) for at least €30, we’ll throw in a wristband for free. 

The wristband will be stamped with the date of use, and once it’s on, kids can go on any of the three pieces of equipment (as long as they’re the right age) as many times as they like that day.

 

Here are when things are happening:

• Rope Course, Jump Area, and Poll Ball: Every day from July 25th to September8th , from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Satiro’s gig: August 14th at 9:00 PM.
• Moon Gazing: 16th and 17th August at 9:00 PM.

GENERAL EVENT RULES

1. As part of the Forum Family Garden event, anyone using the play equipment automatically agrees to both the general and specific rules for each activity, as well as to follow any instructions given by the monitors.
2. You need to show your event wristband, which you can get at the Forum Algarve Information Desk, to access the play equipment.
3. The wristband must be worn on your wrist while you’re enjoying the equipment.
4. The wristband is only good for the date stamped on it. If it’s removed, tampered with, or lost, it’s no good anymore.
5. Kids must always have an adult with them when using the equipment.
6. Forum Algarve and the event staff can ask for ID to check the age of anyone using the equipment if they need to.
7. You must enter the play equipment through the designated entrance and queue up as directed by the staff.
8. Once you’ve had a go, you must get off the equipment. If you want another turn, you need to queue up again.
9. Please use the facilities and equipment properly and respect other users. You’ll be responsible for any damage caused to others, whether on purpose or by accident.

• Per each 30€ in purchases (unique invoice) Forum Algarve offers 1 event wristband, which can be used on any day of the event;
• For this, customer must present your invoice (original and printed) at the Information Desk so that it is stamped and an event wristband is delivered (up to a maximum of 5 wristbands per invoice);
• Invoices are not cumulative. The invoices are valid for purchases made at Forum Algarve stores during the event period (July 25th to September 08th), with the exception of the following stores and services: Auchan Hypermarket, Temporary Rental Spaces, Gift Cards, luck/misfortune, car inspection, renewal of driving license and mobile phone top- ups and toll payments in stores that provide this service;
• The wristband delivered to the customer when the invoice is presented can be stamped with the date of the same day, if the customer wants to use it immediately, or he can keep it and go to the Information Desk on another day and it is stamped at that time-

 

USAGE RULES – “JUMP” AREA

1. Age: 3 to 12 years
2. Capacity: 8 users
3. You need your event wristband (bought at the Shopping Centre’s Information Desk) to get onto the play equipment.
4. Wearing non-slip socks is a good idea.
5. No eating or drinking on the play equipment.
6. If you spot any damage or something’s not right, tell the monitors.
7. This play equipment follows the General Event Rules.

 

USAGE RULES – TREE-TOP ADVENTURE

1. Minimum height: 120 cm
2. Capacity: 12 users
3. You need your event wristband (bought at the Information Desk) to use the play equipment.
4. You must wear shoes.
5. Safety gear is a must.
6. No eating or drinking on the play equipment.
7. If something’s amiss or damaged, let the monitors know.
8. This equipment follows the General Event Rules.

 

USAGE RULES – BALL POOL

1. Age: 2 to 12 years
2. Capacity: 52 users
3. You need your event wristband (bought at the Information Desk) to enter the play area.
4. Non-slip socks are recommended.
5. No food or drinks in the play area.
6. Report any damage or issues to the monitors.
7. This play area follows the General Event Rules.

 

USAGE RULES – SLIDE TOWER

1. Age: 3 to 12 years
2. Minimum height: 90 cm
3. Capacity: 12 users
4. You need your event wristband (bought at the Information Desk) to use the play equipment.
5. Non-slip socks are recommended.
6. No eating or drinking on the play equipment.
7. If you notice any damage or something wrong, tell the monitors.
8. This equipment follows the General Event Rules.
