From 8 November to 6 January, immerse yourself in the Forum Algarve Xmas Experience and discover the magic of Christmas!

From an illuminated path that guides you through a delightful Christmas Market to a Parisian-style Carousel that promises smiles for all ages, Forum Algarve is ready to welcome you during the most wonderful time of the year.

In the Central Square, our Christmas Tree invites you to immortalise moments through a very special photo point: a giant, luminous armchair, perfect for creating family memories.

But the experiences don’t stop there! Because magic also happens on ice, the Ice Rink is back, ready to welcome beginners and skaters at heart, so we invite you to glide, laugh and experience that pleasant chill of winter stories.

The ‘Livro do Gui’ is also back and reaches its 19th edition with ‘Gui e a Viagem ao Espaço’ (Gui and the Journey to Space), an adventure that takes the little ones to discover the universe with their friends GOMAS, always with the tenderness and friendship that warm the Christmas spirit.

The school community is once again taking centre stage in the Creative School Competition organised by Forum Algarve, which follows the theme of Gui. Participating schools were invited to decorate ‘planets’ that will be on display throughout the Christmas Campaign. Voting takes place at the Information Desk from 8 November 2025 to 6 January 2026, with 1 receipt = 1 vote, with no minimum value, provided that the receipt is from the same day and includes a tax identification number.

Ice Rink and Carousel Ticket Office

The ticket office will be located at the Forum Algarve Information Desk and will open half an hour before the attractions open to the public.

You can also buy tickets online through Ticket Line and avoid the queues at the ticket office.

Rules for Using the Ice Rink

1. As users of the Ice Rink, users automatically accept the above rules, as well as the instructions given by the monitors;

2. Tickets are sold through Ticketline or at the Forum Algarve Information Desk, during the hours indicated on site;

3. Tickets are valid for any day during the rink’s opening hours;

4. Ticket prices (20 minutes of use):

Ice Rink Ticket – €4

Skating equipment – €1

Ice Rink + Carousel Pack – €5

Note: Skating support equipment does not entitle the user to use the rink. A ticket for the ice rink must be purchased;

5. The maximum capacity of the ice rink is 50 people;

6. Entry to the rink without skates is not permitted;

7. For safety reasons, only persons aged 3 years and older are allowed on the Ice Rink. Children aged 3 to 5 (inclusive) may only use the rink if accompanied by an adult (one ticket per person must be purchased);

8. For children aged 6 to 12 years old, it is advisable that they are accompanied by 1 adult on the rink and in the preparation area;

9. Entry to the preparation area is only permitted to users with a ticket, except as indicated in point 8;

10. The Ice Rink staff is not responsible for any children on the premises;

11. Access to the ice rink is only permitted via a designated route;

12. Skates, helmets and skating equipment are subject to availability at the time and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis;

13. The use of helmets is recommended for all users;

14. Skating with exposed knees and/or elbows is not recommended;

15. The use of gloves is recommended inside the Ice Rink;

16. Users must wait for the monitor to announce when they can enter/exit the Ice Rink;

17. Users must use the facilities and equipment for their intended purpose only and respect other users of the space, being liable for any damage caused to third parties through wilful misconduct or negligence;

18. It is expressly prohibited to:

Sit on the boundary barriers;

Eat and/or drink inside the rink;

Use mobile phones and headphones while skating;

Use personal items inside the rink, such as cameras, video cameras, umbrellas, among others;

Skate in groups holding hands;

Throw ice;

Performing pirouettes or reaching speeds that endanger the safety of users;

19. The Ice Rink may be closed temporarily and without prior notice for reasons of safety, cleaning or maintenance;

20. Movement within the entire skating area of the Ice Rink must be in the direction indicated by the monitors;

21. Use of the Ice Rink implies that users know how to handle skates and are familiar with the general rules of use. Therefore, the organisation is not responsible for any accidents that may occur as a result of misuse;

22. People who are clearly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will not be allowed to use the Ice Rink;

23. In any situation not covered by these rules of use, users must comply with the recommendations of the venue’s monitors;

24. The Organisation shall not be liable for the theft, loss or damage of personal belongings inside the ice rink or in the support area;

25. Pregnant women are prohibited from using the Ice Rink;

26. Group bookings for children (schools or after-school programs) are accepted until December 16, with at least 48 hours’ notice, via email to: finazafama@gmail.com. Until December 16, the Ice Rink will operate only in the morning, depending on these bookings, and will be reserved exclusively for this type of group.

Carousel Rules

1. As users of the Carousel, users automatically accept the above rules, as well as the instructions given by the monitors;

2. Use of the Carousel is subject to presentation of a ticket for that purpose, with tickets being sold at Ticketline or at the Forum Algarve Information Desk, during the hours indicated on site;

3. The ticket is valid for any day from 8 November to 6 January 2026, during the Carousel’s operating period;

4. Ticket prices:

Carousel ticket – €2

Ice rink + Carousel pack – €5

5. Adults responsible for children must remain in the Carousel area while they are using it, as the monitor is not responsible for any children during the activity;

6. Children under the age of 3 must be accompanied by a responsible adult when using the Carousel;

7. Use of the Carousel is on a first-come, first-served basis;

8. Users must wait for the monitor to indicate when they can enter and exit the Carousel;

9. Eating or drinking inside the Carousel is not permitted, nor is standing up, leaving or standing while the equipment is in motion, jumping, climbing, swinging or any other action that is dangerous to the user or to others;

10. In any situation not covered by these rules of use, users must follow the monitors’ recommendations;

11. Users who do not comply with these rules will not be allowed to use the equipment;

12. Participation in the activity is subject to the capture of images of participants for the purposes of documentation and recording of the campaign;

13. Maximum capacity: 16 users.

Christmas Forest Rules

1. Users must always follow the monitors’ instructions;

2. Capacity of the space: 20 people;

3. We ask that you do not bring prams into Santa’s Village;

4. Eating and drinking are not permitted inside Santa’s Village;

5. If the rules of the Village are not respected, monitors may ask users to leave the premises;

6. In any situation not covered by the rules, users must follow the monitors’ instructions;

7. Priority is given to elderly people over 65 or with noticeable limitations, pregnant women and people with disabilities who can provide proof of disability equal to or greater than 60%. If there are several people in the above circumstances in the same queue, they will be served in order of arrival.
