Summer has a special flavour at Forum Algarve! From 27 July to 3 September, we are pleased to bring you the most vibrant and instagrammable summer garden with the Forum Family Garden!

Last year we transformed our central square into an oasis of joy and fun for the whole family and all our visitors.

We want Forum Algarve to be more than a shopping centre, we want it to be an experience, a place where every visit is a discovery, every moment becomes a memory. So this year, our summer garden is back with some new features!

In this second edition, children will be able to explore a thrilling tree climbing circuit, jump on the trampolines and enjoy a ride on the mini Ferris wheel, by purchasing a wristband at the Information Desk.

The Forum Family Garden is not just an event, it is a celebration of summer, joy and community. It is an invitation to enjoy the sun, to relax and to create memories.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday to Friday: 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm | 7:30 pm to 11:00 pm

Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm | 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm | 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm

To enjoy the amusement equipment, it is necessary to purchase a wristband that gives access to the 3 equipment and children can ride as many times as they want, depending on the age limit for each equipment.

 

1 Bracelet = 4€

The wristband can be stamped with the date of the same day, if the customer wishes to use it immediately, or he can keep it and go to the Information Desk on another date to have it stamped at that time and use it at that time;
The wristband, as long as it is stamped with the date of the day in question, allows the user to use all the equipment (taking into account the age limit for each one), and use the equipment as many times as he/she wants during that day;
It is mandatory to put the bracelet on the child’s wrist so that he/she can walk on the equipment;
From the moment the bracelet is violated, it becomes unusable.

 

30€ in purchases = 1 Bracelet

For this, the customer must present his purchase invoice (original and printed receipt, electronic invoices are not valid) at the Information Desk so that it is stamped and an event bracelet is given to him;
Invoices cannot be combined with each other and invoices will only be valid for purchases made at Forum Algarve stores during the event period (from July 27th to September 3rd), with the exception of the following stores and services: Auchan Hypermarket, Temporary Rental Spaces , Gift Cards, tickets for games of chance/gambling, car inspection, renewal of driving license and mobile phone top-ups and toll payments at stores providing this service;
Limit of wristbands delivered per invoice = 5 wristbands;
The bracelet given to the customer when presenting the invoice can be stamped with the date of the same day, if the customer wishes to use it immediately, or he can keep it and go to the Information Desk on another date to have it stamped at that time and use it at that time.

 

RULES OF USE:

1. As users of the amusement equipment of the Forum Family Garden event, users automatically accept the rules mentioned below, as well as all the indications given by the event staff;

 

2. Opening Hours for the event:

– Weekdays: 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm / 7:30 pm – 11:00 pm
– Weekend and holiday (August 15): 11:00 am – 1:00 pm / 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm / 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm

 

3. Specific rules for each equipment:

Treetop Circuit:
– Age limit: 6 to 12 years old
– Capacity: 14 users (simultaneous)
– Minimum height: >1.20m
– Maximum height: <1.80m

Mini Ferris Wheel:
– Age limit: 2 to 12 years old
– Booth capacity: 4 users, if up to 10 years old / 2 users, if over 10 years old
– Children aged 2 must be accompanied.

Trampoline Beds:
– Age limit: 3 to 12 years old
– Capacity: 4 users (simultaneous)
– Minimum weight: 10kg
– Maximum weight: 80kg

4. Access to the equipment is only possible upon presentation of the event wristband, which must be purchased at the Forum Algarve Information Desk;

 

5. To enjoy the amusement equipment, it is mandatory to place the event wristband on the child’s wrist;

 

6. The wristband is valid for the date it is stamped. If it is removed from the child’s arm, tampered with or lost, it will be considered unusable;

 

7. The use of equipment requires that children are always accompanied by an adult responsible for them;

 

8. The use of equipment by children younger or older than those indicated above is not authorized;

 

9. Forum Algarve and the event staff reserve the right to request the Citizen Card or Identity Card, in order to prove the age of the user;

 

10. Access to amusement equipment is carried out only through the indicated entrance, through a queue and in accordance with the indications given by the staff of each equipment;

 

11. Users must wait for the entry and exit indication in each of the equipment, which will always be announced by the monitor;

 

12. After finishing each lap, all users will have to exit the equipment. If they wish to use the equipment again, users will have to go back to the end of the queue;

 

13. Users must use the facilities and equipment for the exclusive use for which they are intended and respect the other users of the space, being responsible for any damage caused to third parties by intent or negligence;

 

14. It is expressly forbidden to eat or drink while using the equipment;

 

15. It is not advisable, when using the equipment, for personal objects (eg toys), and Forum Algarve is not responsible for any damage or loss thereof;

 

16. The use of amusement equipment will not be allowed to anyone who does not respect the present rules and indications provided by the event staff;

 

17. Priority in the queues are those accompanying children who are elderly over 65 years of age or with perceptible limitations, pregnant women and disabled people with proof of disability equal to or greater than 60%. If there are several people in the circumstances described above in the same queue, the service will be carried out in order of arrival (Decree-Law 58/2016, 2016);

 

18. In the face of any situation that is not provided for in these rules of use, users must obey the staff’s instructions;

 

19. Forum Algarve, for security, weather or operational reasons, reserves the right to suspend/change the activity of the event’s equipment, either totally or partially;

 

20. The rules of the event do not overlap or exclude the rules of the Shopping Center;

 

21. Forum Algarve reserves the right to change the rules described above whenever it deems necessary, whether due to the good use of space and equipment, the safety of its users and for the proper functioning of the event.
