On 10 and 11 October, Forum Algarve is teaming up with PsiFaro to offer free mental health screenings. This is an invitation to take care of yourself and your well-being, addressing important areas such as alcohol consumption, stress, resilience and much more, for both adults and young people.

In addition, there will be exclusive activities for children, such as the Emotionometer, and interactive experiences for adults and young people, with useful strategies for achieving balanced physical and mental health.
